The Career Advisor Training: Career Development and Choice Theory course addresses the foundational theories in the field of career development. Objectives: Demonstrate knowledge of the theories of Drs. Donald E. Super and John L. Holland. Apply these theories to work with clients. Organize career fairs, postsecondary majors, occupational information, job descriptions, and other materials by Holland codes.
